The short version. RadioCheck is a free beta made by one person. You can use it and share it as it comes. It is a driving companion for a video game, not a safety system and not a professional tool. It will have bugs. If it stops working or gets something wrong, that is a shame but it is not something you can claim damages for.
RadioCheck ("the app") is made and distributed by Rubén Martínez López, an individual based in Spain, contactable at hi@radiocheckapp.com ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
You get a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to install and use RadioCheck on Macs you own or control, for as long as these terms are respected. You may pass the unmodified installer to other people.
These restrictions do not apply to the third-party open source components inside the app, which keep their own licences. Those are listed on the Open Source Notices page, and where a licence such as the LGPL grants you rights over a component, that licence wins over anything said here.
RadioCheck is unfinished software published so that real drivers can try it. It will contain defects, it may lose data, it may stop working after an update to macOS or to the game, and features may change or disappear. We may stop publishing it at any time. None of that entitles you to compensation.
The app needs a Mac, a PlayStation 5 running Gran Turismo 7 on the same network and, if you want Alan in a headset, your own Discord account and bot. Some optional features need accounts or API keys that belong to you and are billed to you. Those services have their own terms and we are not responsible for them.
RadioCheck talks about a video game. Its fuel calculations, lap comparisons, strategy suggestions and warnings are estimates derived from telemetry, and they can be wrong. Do not rely on it for anything that matters, and never use it while operating a real vehicle or any actual machinery.
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise it will work, that it will keep working, or that it will be free of defects.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including lost data, lost race results or lost time. Because the app is supplied free of charge, our total liability to you is limited to zero euros.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, in particular liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the statutory rights your national law gives you, and nothing in these terms takes them away.
RadioCheck is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Sony Interactive Entertainment or Polyphony Digital. Gran Turismo, PlayStation and PSVR2 are trademarks of their respective owners, used here only to describe what the app works with.

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and continued use means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence.
